This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in customer service, order management, and logistics.\nThe role works closely with grocery retailers, foodservice partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.\nThis is a full-time, temporary position with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The role is based on-site in our San Clemente office and offers $25.00 per hour, benefits eligibility, and half-day Fridays.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProcess customer orders, including order entry and invoicing, using systems such as SAP, EDI and web-based warehouse systems\nServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to pricing, product information, order status, shipment updates, and issue resolution\nCommunicate regularly with buyers, brokers, and sales teams to support order management, deliveries, and customer needs\nCommunicate order fulfillment status, delays, and service issues to internal teams including Supply Planning, Logistics Management, Sales, and Customer Operations\nPerform administrative tasks including invoice approvals, maintaining various department documents and files as well as other related tasks\nAssist in resolving order, shipping, and delivery issues in a timely and professional manner\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, order management, or a related field\nAssociate degree or higher preferred\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and order processing\nExperience with SAP, EDI, or similar systems preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint\nBilingual skills are a plus\nAbout SAMBAZON:\nFounded in 2000, SAMBAZON is the pioneer of organic Amazon Superfoods, fresh juices, smoothies, energy drinks, and frozen products made from delicious blends of handpicked Brazilian fruits and plants such as açaí (ah-sigh-ee), acerola, and guarana.
