Construction Project Manager

Overview We are a site development company seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management practices, communication, and proficiency . This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards. The Construction Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope, contributing to the successful growth of our organization for for grading and underground utilities crews. Responsibilities Assist manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and update the office scheduling department. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Monitor project progress regularly; identify potential delays or issues; implement corrective actions as needed while communicating with the Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site. . Review and execute project documentation including schedules, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and reports. Assist in managing crews, focusing on task completion. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil or heavy construction projects. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site operations. Demonstrated ability in project coordination across multiple stakeholders within complex construction environments. Strong understanding of construction safety standards and site management practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Billingual (English / Spanish) is a plus. Valid Drivers License required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $56,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
