The opportunities are endless.Job OverviewThe Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for maintaining a variety of landscape structures that range from typical grassy areas like lawns or gardens to more granular items such as houseplants. This person will also assist with any pruning tasks needed during their shift.Responsibilities And DutiesPerform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy landscapes.Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.Engage in tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed.Participate in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.Job RequirementsAt least 2 years of proven work experience as a Crew LeaderMust be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time High school diploma or equivalent qualification The Perks401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
