Join us in continuing to set the standard for quality in interior finishes.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Drywall Estimator for a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Drywall Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed project cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, reviewing blueprints, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and the internal team. Other duties include conducting site visits, creating material take-offs, and ensuring cost efficiency and project deadlines are met. This position requires a thorough understanding of drywall construction processes, materials, and pricing.QualificationsProficiency in estimating, interpreting blueprints, and preparing cost breakdownsStrong knowledge of drywall materials, construction methods, and project schedulingProficiency with estimation software and toolsStrong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with clients and team membersProven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectivelyAttention to detail for creating accurate estimates and ensuring project qualityBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferredPrior experience in construction or related industriesKnowledge of safety regulations and best practicesBest Regards,Thank you and have a good day,Jose L.
