{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4e21a317addbc66ccb554e82","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4e21a317addbc66ccb554e82","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4e21a317addbc66ccb554e82","title":"Finance Manager","description":"Experience: Manager\nSalary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year\n\nJob Details\n-\n\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nFinancial Operations & Close\nSupport the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations\nReview balance sheet accounts and investigate variances\nPartner with the Accounting Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting\nAssist with quarterly and year-end close activities\n\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis\nPrepare and analyze budget vs. actuals, trends, and variance explanations\nSupport management reporting for operations and leadership\nAssist with forecasting and financial modeling in partnership with FP&A\nProvide ad hoc analysis to support decision-making\n\nProcess Improvement & Controls\nAssist in improving accounting workflows, documentation, and controls\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation\nHelp ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies\nAssist with system enhancements and process automation initiatives\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with operations, payroll, and HR on financial matters\nWork closely with the Accounting Manager on AP, expense management, and reconciliations\nSupport onboarding of new clinics or acquisitions from a finance perspective\n\n✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\n4–7 years of accounting or finance experience\nStrong understanding of month-end close, GL accounting, and reconciliations\nExperience in multi-location, services-based, or healthcare environments\nAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)\nExperience working with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment\n\n PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nHealthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site services experience\nExperience working in a PE-backed or high-growth environment\nExposure to budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A support\nExperience supporting audits or financial reviews\nPrior experience working alongside Controllers or Finance Directors\n\nA bit about us:\n-\n\nWe are a growing, multi-site healthcare services organization focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple locations.
