The responsibilities include diagnosing and treating oral health issues, performing dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions, and providing preventive care and patient education. The General Dentist will maintain accurate patient records, collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves building positive patient relationships to promote trust and lifelong oral health. Qualifications Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including restorative, surgical, and preventive dentistryStrong diagnostic and treatment planning skillsExcellent patient care and communication skills to build rapport and clearly explain treatment optionsKnowledge of dental technology and familiarity with various dental tools and equipmentUnderstanding of infection control protocols and adherence to safety regulationsDoctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, along with a valid state dental licenseAbility to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a positive attitudePrior experience in a dental practice is preferred but not mandatory
