We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nResearch and analyze budget issues related to Theater Area of Responsibility (AOR).\n\nProvide support for USARCENT Coalition Acquisition Review Board (CARB) or other requirements review processes.\n\nComplete preparation and evaluation of requirements by cost centers, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), or EOR level of detail for various locations in the USARCENT AOR.\n\nResearch and analyze budget issues related to assigned locations or functional areas (e.g. G2, G3, G4, and G6).\n\nProvide recommendations, courses of action, and/or decision options on analytical results as required.\n\nDevelop, analyze, and review the USARCENT and Army’s portion of the supplemental funding appropriation.\n\nDevelop, prepare, and brief reports to the ARCENT G8 and COR as required.\n\nPerform cost benefit analyses and evaluate alternate courses of actions.\n\nDevelop independent cost estimates.\n\nQualifications\n\nBaccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or forecasting DoD financial resources.\n\nAble to work onsite fully at Shaw Airforce Base\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\nExperience in automated systems and software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and teleconference applications.\n\nKnowledge of cost estimating tools/models.\n\nKnowledge of military levels of organizations.\n\nProfessional and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong communication skills.\n\nSelf-starter, multi-tasking skills and pays attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work well independently and as a team member.\n\nEstimated Salary/Wage\nUSD $70,000.00/Yr.
