Overview We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty - Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and provide information - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stock shelves and merchandise as needed - Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities Skills - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy - Basic math skills for processing payments and providing change - Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase sales - Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Shift: Day shift Morning shift Ability to Relocate: West Seneca, NY 14224: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
