This individual will have the opportunity to work closely with DHL vendors, as well as internal project team members in order to help facilitate the technical integrations of a project with the DHL platform.\n\nThe individual must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.\n\nProven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of development best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide consultation on formulating and defining scope of work and objectives to formalize technical project plans based on user needs, business system requirements, industry practices, and incorporation of best practices.\nGather requirements to understand business environment, processes, workflows, and functional requirements.\nUnderstand DHL data models to generate reporting, analytics, web and other IT solutions based on business need.\nExecute quality control tests to validate deliverables.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure product and process quality.\nDocument product content and specs using internal tools.\nEnsure that deliverables meet documented requirements, are high quality, and are completed on schedule or early.\nManage change and release process to production.\nInteract with the team and management using strong written and verbal communication skills\nOperate effectively in a high change environment.\nMeet aggressive timelines and provide quick turnaround.\n\nSkills / Requirements\n\nBachelors with 2 years of work experience or Masters in the fields of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering\nKnowledge of customer integrations EDI and API\nKnowledge of US Customs Clearance Processes is preferred\nLogistics and Supply Chain experience is preferred\nGood knowledge of SDLC\nUnderstanding of information processing principles and practices\nKnowledge of data analytics and reporting tools\nAbility to execute complex SQL queries for reporting purpose.\nStrong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies\nStrong understanding of end-user needs and requirements\nExcellent oral and interpersonal communication skills\nExcellent writing and documentation skills\nStrong customer facing skills\nAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language\nAble to conduct research into application issues and products\nHighly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail\nAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment\nAbility to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required.\nAbility to manage small and medium projects\n\nPay Range: $93,142.50 - $124,190.00+ (Based on Experience)\n\nBenefits (All Non-Union Employees)\n\nCompensation: Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.\n401(k) Match: $1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution.\nStock Purchase Plan: Ability to purchase Deutsche Post AG shares at a discounted rate.\nMedical: Comprehensive plans covering preventive care, inpatient/outpatient services, and prescriptions.\nVision: Optional coverage for exams, frames, and contacts.\nDental: Optional coverage for preventive, basic, and major services.\nPaid Time Off: 7 major holidays, 8 floating holidays, and accrued vacation/sick days.\n\nWhy Join DHL Global Forwarding?\n\nAt DHL Global Forwarding, we invest in our employees’ growth, providing training, guidance, and career advancement opportunities.
