This position is based at a Level II Trauma Center and requires a skilled imaging professional with experience performing high-quality CT examinations while ensuring patient safety and delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced hospital environment.Responsibilities Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures while following physician orders and established imaging protocols. Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring optimal image quality and radiation safety standards. Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout imaging procedures, providing compassionate patient-centered care. Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information using EPIC EMR while maintaining regulatory compliance. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to support timely diagnosis and quality patient outcomes. Requirements Active California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license required. Current ARRT Certification , California Fluoroscopy Permit , and BLS Certification required. Minimum 2 years of recent CT scanning experience required; GE Scanner experience preferred . Previous successful travel assignment experience preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, patient care, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced acute care environment.
