Job Description The Sustaining Engineering Manager role will be based out of our St. Louis, MO facility that will lead a team of engineers in St. Louis as well as other regions in North America who are located at our manufacturing facilities. The Manager will oversee engineers solving operational issues, support quality issues that arise with customer returns, develop cost reduction plans for existing customers, and help support VA/VE initiatives on products that are in production. This position reports to the Vice President of R&D Engineering.
