The candidate will closely interact with application development, cybersecurity, networking, and operations teams to improve product and development environment reliability, deployment efficiency, and platform resilience.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have 3 or more required skills and one or more soft skills.\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nRequired Skills\n\nPerform Linux OS provisioning, patching, upgrades, kernel updates, and lifecycle management.\n\nDependency Diagram, Data-flow diagrams, sequence diagrams\n\nMonitoring to include Syslog, Splunk, ELK\n\nNetwork filers- NFSv4 and Kerberos based ACL for file shares and network storage devices\n\nDB Backups and config.\n\nVirtualization expertise to include Proxmox and RedHat virt-who\n\nNice to have Skills\n\nNagios / Zabbix /Grafana - Develop dashboards, alerts, and operational runbooks.\n\nCIFS and SMB and network mounting of folders across windows and Linux\n\nDNS.
