Role Overview:
As a Kitchen Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of our back-of-house operations, including food preparation, line production, and purchasing. You’ll be a key mentor to our team, fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment. We're looking for someone who can handle a wide range of tasks while upholding our values and standards.

Safety Leadership: Uphold and enforce all safety and sanitary practices and ensure regulatory compliance in the back-of-house.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Organization and Maintenance: Oversee and maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including prep stations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces.
Operational Leadership: Lead and manage kitchen operations during opening or closing shifts, ensuring readiness for service.
Preparation and Planning: Assist in creating daily prep lists and collaborate with the Chef to maintain accurate inventory and pars.
Product Management: Assist with product ordering, receiving, and inventory management to ensure consistent quality and availability.
Training and Mentorship: Provide leadership in training and mentoring new team members, fostering a learning environment.
Flexibility and Team Support: Be adaptable and ready to take on any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Chef, Managing Partner, or Regional Leadership.
