Role Description This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Mental Health Counselor. The Mental Health Counselor will engage with clients to provide therapeutic support, design and implement personalized treatment plans, and offer guidance for mental health and emotional well-being. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual counseling sessions, managing client cases, and maintaining accurate records of progress. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and adhering to ethical guidelines are integral parts of the role. Qualifications Expertise in Mental Health, Psychology, and a thorough understanding of best practices related to mental healthcare.Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to provide tailored solutions and organized support for clients.Experience and skill in Relationship Counseling to address interpersonal challenges effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and build meaningful client relationships.Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required).Active full licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)Strong ethical standards and knowledge of confidentiality protocols in mental health practices.Previous clinical experience and familiarity with diverse populations is a plus.
