The Role: Lead HVAC Installer As a Lead Installer, you’re the captain on the job site. You’ll take ownership of residential HVAC installations from start to finish—leading helpers, ensuring quality, maintaining safety standards, and delivering a professional customer experience every time. This role requires technical skill, leadership, and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, field-driven environment. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience leading residential HVAC installation jobs Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices Proven ability to lead, train, and hold helpers accountable Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights Able to work in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions Clear, professional communication with managers, teammates, and customers Required: High school diploma or equivalent EPA-608 Universal certification Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (3+ years of driving experience) Ability to pass a drug test and background check What You’ll Be Doing Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish Train and supervise Install Helpers on job sites Interpret and execute project specifications accurately Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings as needed Maintain clean, organized job sites Complete job documentation and customer paperwork Represent Monarch professionally in customers’ homes Why Monarch?
