This individual may also be asked to perform Earned Value Management analysis on multiple projects, working with IDT Program Managers to develop baseline budgets, providing monthly status, and generating monthly reporting for management.\n\nThe Associate Program Financial Analyst may support proposal pricing activity and provide supporting financial information to assist in contract negotiation.\n\nClearance & Location Requirements\n\nAll applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.\n\nThis is an on-site position requiring at least 3 days in office, based out of our Arlington, VA location.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWork closely with Program Managers to develop reports and analyze performance metrics and programmatic documents against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.\n\nCompile and analyze assigned contracts for projected staff hours, EACs, contract totals, revenues, and profit totals.\n\nMaintain appropriate records and documentation.\n\nSupport the IDT Business Strategy team in providing financial reports for tracking, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting contract performance.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nWho You Are (Required):\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field or equivalent full-time professional experience.\n\n0‑3 years of relevant experience in a financial or analytical role.\n\nAbility to travel up to 10% as needed.\n\nWhat Makes You Stand Out:\n\nExperience developing and maintaining cost models in Excel.\n\nSelf‑starter with ability to represent function in cross‑functional teams, communicate and meet deadlines.\n\nExperience with Deltek Costpoint Planning or comparable system for project management.\n\nExperience with Earned Value Management systems, including COBRA.\n\nCurrent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and GAAP.\n\nPay Range\nPay Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year. This may not reflect actual compensation earned, as pay depends on experience, skills, and education.
