(Hybrid) Sales Coordinator-Industrial Products
A global supplier of industrial parts is currently seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support their office in the Nashville, TN area. This is a full-time and direct-hire role with competitive benefits packages.Sales Coordinator Responsibilities Include:Handle and prepare quotes and purchase ordersAnswer questions and inquiries regarding purchase orders and shippingSupport marketing duties including trade shows, advertisement, social media etc.Order and maintain office suppliesProcess invoicesManage travel schedules and hotel reservationsOrganize company events and cateringOther duties may be assignedSales Coordinator Qualifications Include:Minimum Associate degree.At least 2-3 years' work experience in administrative experienceGood computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, preferredGood communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural environmentAbility to multi-task, manage time well, and work independentlyWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
