This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes in a dynamic environment dedicated to precision and compliance.\n\n*Duties*\n\n* Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers.\n* Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify product conformity.\n* Perform dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) analysis to ensure parts meet precise tolerances.\n* Utilize coordinate measuring machines and other advanced measurement tools for detailed quality assessments.\n* Assist with quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001\n* Collect data systematically during inspections to support quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.\n* Identify non-conformities or deviations from quality standards in production, documenting findings accurately for corrective actions.\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* High school diploma or G.E.D (POLICY ESTABLISGED IN 2019)\n* Excellent communication and report writing skills\n* Familiarity of tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management (Preferable)\n* Basic knowledge of computer software to obtain statistical data\n* Good leadership skills to lead projects to their completion\n* Able to pass a drug test (policy enforced in 2019)\n\nJoin us as a Quality Inspector to play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of product excellence!
