The ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous setting, makes sound decisions, and holds their team accountable while maintaining a positive and productive work culture.\nSchedule Options (3 x 12-Hour Shifts)\nDay Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM\nNight Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM\nSalary\nHourly pay range: $28 - $35\nWeekend Differential: Day Shift $3.00, Night Shift $4.00\nPosition Summary\nDirect and manage weekend manufacturing floor operations with overall responsibility for production, safety, efficiency, quality, and team performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate daily production activities, making real-time decisions to maintain safety, efficiency, product quality, and production goals.\nLead quality verification on the floor, including first part inspections, monitoring finished product quality, and coaching operators to maintain quality standards throughout the shift.\nProvide hands-on operational support, including operating a forklift, material handling, mixing, and assisting with production duties during call-offs or PTO coverage.\nAddress performance issues promptly while reinforcing company policies and expectations.\nPromote and enforce a strong safety-first culture across the production team.\nEnsure production goals are met while minimizing scrap and downtime.\nComplete shift reports, production log, and timeclock/PTO approvals.\nWeekend Leadership Expectations\nDemonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing production environment.\nAbility to confidently lead the shift and make operational decisions independently when upper management is not onsite.\nMaintain clear communication between shifts, ensuring production status, quality issues, and operational updates are documented and relayed.\nAbility to prioritize staffing and adjust assignments to maintain production flow during call-offs, PTO, or operational changes.\nMaintain a positive, accountable team environment while reinforcing safety, quality, and productivity expectations.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong communication and coaching skills with the ability to clearly communicate expectations and provide guidance to production staff.\nStrong organizational and delegation skills\nSolid organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.\nBasic mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing equipment preferred.\n2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.\nPhysical Requirements\nRegular lifting up to 50lbs\nStanding, walking, bending, and full range of motion required\nExposure to moving mechanical parts and loud environments\nWhy Join Us?\nCompetitive salary\nExcellent and affordable benefits\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nStable, growing company\n4-day weekday flexibility\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, committed to inclusion and diversity.
