Concrete Laborer/Helper

We’re looking for dependable labor help to assist with precast and poured-in-place concrete work. This is a hands-on position working with a crew that handles form setup, rebar cages, and concrete pours. No finishing experience is required — our skilled team handles all finishing work. We’ll train the right person on-site. If you’re hardworking, reliable, and want to learn a trade with consistent work, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities Help set up and strip concrete forms Assist with tying and placing rebar cages Support the crew during concrete pours Keep work areas clean and organized Follow safety procedures and directions from the crew leader Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors Reliable transportation to and from the job site Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be punctual and dependable Previous construction or labor experience a plus but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: concrete: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Greenville, SC 29609 (Required) Work Location: In person
