The role offers exposure to core HR processes while contributing to projects that support the overall employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support across day-to-day HR activities.Assist with internal HR communications including newsletters, announcements, and employee updates.Support employee engagement initiatives and programs that strengthen workplace culture.Assist with coordination of HR meetings, training sessions, and internal activities.Respond to employee inquiries and connect employees with appropriate HR resources.Support HR documentation, records management, and data tracking.Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and data privacy guidelines.Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.Work RequirementsMust be based in Houston, TX or surrounding areas.
