We operate licensed residential group homes throughout Loudoun and Fairfax Counties and are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple homes while leading staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional care.\nAt Albryte, we believe great leadership is built on collaboration, accountability, and compassion. Our Managers work closely with one another, HR, Nursing, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to support both our employees and the individuals we serve.\nEligible candidates may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus (terms and conditions apply).\nWhat You'll Do\nOversee the daily operations of multiple residential group homes located in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties.\nLead, coach, supervise, and develop Direct Support Professionals and Lead Staff.\nRetain quality employees.\nEnsure compliance with Virginia DBHDS regulations, Medicaid Waiver requirements, Human Rights, licensing standards, and company policies.\nMonitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling.\nConduct routine home visits, quality assurance reviews, and documentation audits.\nEnsure implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and person-centered services.\nInvestigate incidents and implement corrective action plans when needed.\nBuild positive relationships with families, guardians, support coordinators, and healthcare professionals.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation and respond to operational needs.\nCollaborate with fellow managers and leadership to ensure consistency across all programs.\nQualifications Required\nMinimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in residential services, healthcare, behavioral health, or developmental disability services.\nExperience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.\nKnowledge of Virginia DBHDS regulations, residential licensing standards, and person-centered services.\nStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between residential homes in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties.\nAbility to pass required background checks.\nPreferred\nBachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.\nExperience managing multiple residential homes.\nCPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, and Therapeutic Options certifications (or willingness to obtain).\nWho We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a leader who:\nThrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.\nLeads with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.\nCoaches and develops employees to succeed.\nCommunicates effectively across departments.\nTakes initiative and follows through.\nRemains calm under pressure and focuses on solutions.\nIs dependable, organized, and committed to excellence.\nHas a genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.\nAt Albryte, we value collaboration over competition.
