Opportunity OverviewNon-Invasive Cardiologist Position in NovatoOur organization is currently seeking a full-time general non-invasive Cardiologist to join a thriving practice of 11 providers, which includes 6 non-invasive cardiologists, 3 interventional cardiologists, and 2 Advanced Practitioners. This role offers significant potential for professional growth.Location: Novato, CAPosition Details:Clinical Responsibilities:On-call rotation: 1:6Opportunity to engage in inpatient rounding at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital, supported by inpatient cardiology nurse practitioners.New, spacious office facilities located next to the hospital, with an outreach clinic in Petaluma.Established referral network from strong primary care physicians within the group and patients enrolled in Sutter insurance plans.Involvement in inpatient consultative services for one week every seven weeks, collaborating with hospital nurse practitioners.Office resources include three echocardiogram machines, staffed by three full-time technicians (with plans to recruit a fourth), nuclear stress testing overseen by an exercise physiologist, cardiac CT capabilities, a device clinic, and a centralized anticoagulation clinic.Utilization of an integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC) in both office and hospital settings.Strong support staff available in the office.Hospital Features:Regional STEMI program, coronary interventions, pacemaker/ICD implants, cardiac CTA with CT-FFR, cardiac MRI, and ECMO capabilities.Robust support from hospitalists and intensivists.124-bed hospital facility.Qualifications:Board certification in general cardiology is required.Proficiency in transesophageal echocardiography is essential.Skills in cardiac CT, nuclear cardiology, and/or pacemaker implantation are preferred but not mandatory.Benefits of Joining Us:Attractive salary with an income guarantee.Eligibility for shareholder status after 24 months of employment.Comprehensive benefits package including paid continuing medical education (CME), paid time off, pension plan, 401(k), phone stipend, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, health, dental, vision, and pet insurance, as well as identity protection.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus offered.About Our Organization:Much like the towering redwoods that surround us, we stand tall above the challenges we face.
