This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $312,000 – $364,000 annuallyResponsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to gym members Guide clients in achieving fitness goals through personal training sessions Design and implement personalized workout plans for clients Provide ongoing fitness education and motivation to gym users Enhance team expertise through collaboration with personal training team Manage administrative tasks related to client sessions and scheduling Support gym operations and client satisfaction through additional responsibilitiesQualifications Certified through a nationally accredited body (e.g., NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE) Valid CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required Minimum 1 year of personal training experience with clients Strong knowledge of exercise science and ability to teach movements Proven track record of motivating clients across fitness levels Basic knowledge of nutrition's role in fitness and weight loss Effective communication with diverse gym membersBenefits Health insurance option available Life and disability benefits provided 401(k) retirement plan offered Paid time off available for full-time employees Variety of part-time benefits also offeredOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
