This on-site leader guides and supports team members, serves as the link between staff and management, and helps coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain smooth, efficient shift operations in fast-paced environments.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nEligible for registration under ORC Chapter 4749 as an employee of Security Engineers' Ohio-licensed security guard agency.\nValid driver's license and approved MVR when driving duties are required.\nMust be at least 18 years old\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nPatrol & Surveillance• Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns• Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials• Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity\n\nIncident Response & Reporting• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol• Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents• Perform routine security tasks (e.g., locking/unlocking doors)\n\nCustomer Service & Policy Enforcement• Assist visitors and employees professionally• Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols• Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities\n\nTeam Oversight & Support\n\nGuide and support junior officers\nEnsure protocol and customer service standards are met\nAssist with scheduling and shift coverage\n\nPhysical Requirements (subject to change based on client-specific needs)\n\nStand/sit for at least 1 hour without break\nWalk a minimum of ½ mile without stopping\nClimb at least 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping\n\nEducation & Experience:\n\nMinimum:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience\n\nPreferred:\n\n3+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience\n1+ years of verifiable Supervisory experience\n\nNote: Responsibilities and requirements listed are not exhaustive.
