We’re growing fast and seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our Fleet Department in Deltona, FL. What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, skid steers, and small construction equipment. Diagnose and repair issues related to brakes, hydraulics, steering, electrical, and drivetrains. Complete DOT inspections and documentation accurately and on time. Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Maintain inventory and parts ordering with approved vendors. Fabricate and weld components, including hard-face wear parts and pan repairs. Manage your own schedule and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Support safety initiatives and attend weekly safety meetings. Travel occasionally to job sites for on-location repairs.
