Requires the ability to follow and adhere to company processes to ensure quality and consistency with electronics parts.\r\nElectronics Assembler Responsibilities\r\nCrimping terminals on the cut wires with a hand tool or a terminal machine\r\nCutting wires manually and with a wire processing machine\r\nTesting harnesses by plugging the harness to a machine and the machine determines if it passes or fails Fabricate harnesses assembling harnesses which can be from 1 wire to 30+ wires taped together or loomed\r\nPackage harnesses and finished products in boxes or plastic bags for sale\r\nSoldering of wires occasionally\r\nElectronics Assembler Skills/Abilities:\r\nAbility to safely use the equipment\r\nAttention to detail\r\nAbility to manipulate small parts\r\nUse of hand tools and machines, such as wire strippers, wire cutters, crimpers and a cordless screw gun\r\nKnowledge of soldering\r\nAbility to work under minimal supervision\r\nElectronics Assembler Experience & Education\r\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience\r\n1 2 years of experience in light assembly preferred\r\nEOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled.
