The role will manage project delivery from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project management for TI and special projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, construction, and closeout.\nDevelop and manage project schedules and budgets; track progress, costs, and change orders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.\nCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; oversee bidding, procurement and contract administration.\nServe as the primary client and stakeholder contact, including owners, property management, retail operators (e.g., Walmart and grocery tenants), and local authorities.\nConduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality, safety and compliance with drawings, specifications and code requirements.\nPrepare and review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting; maintain accurate project records.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans and resolve field issues promptly to minimize impact.\nDrive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from past projects and implementing best practices for retail/TI delivery.\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.\n5+ years of progressive construction project management experience with a strong focus on tenant improvements, retail builds and/or grocery/Walmart projects.\nProven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from small TI scopes to large special projects.\nFamiliarity with retail operational requirements, chain-store specifications, and experience coordinating with national retailers (Walmart preferred).\nProficient with project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam) and strong MS Office skills.\nExcellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors.\nStrong financial acumen: experience with estimating, budgeting, cost control and change order management.\nKnowledge of building codes, permitting processes and construction safety standards; OSHA training a plus.\nAbility to travel to job sites regularly and work flexible hours as project demands require.\nPMP, CCM or related certification is a plus but not required.\nBenefits\nCompetitive base + bonus\nFull Medical, life insurance etc.\n401K with company match\nPTO + Vacation + Sick time\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
