This individual will partner closely with the PMO, Engineering, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to drive project execution, milestone achievement, risk management, and executive-level reporting across multiple programs.\n\nThis position is ideal for someone with experience supporting medical device product development, New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, and cross-functional engineering organizations within a regulated environment.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Manage engineering and product development projects from planning through execution.\n* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.\n* Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items while driving timely resolution.\n* Coordinate project documentation, status reporting, and executive-level updates.\n* Support governance reviews, stage-gate reviews, and leadership presentations.\n* Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.\n* Monitor project execution against key milestones and deliverables.\n* Support portfolio reporting, resource planning, and project prioritization activities.\n* Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools for leadership visibility.\n* Drive accountability and communication across multiple project teams.\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.\n* 5-8+ years of project or program management experience.\n* Experience supporting medical device product development or other regulated product development environments.\n* Strong project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.\n* Experience creating reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.\n* Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.\n* Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, action items, and executive reporting.\n* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Medical device industry experience.\n* New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.\n* FDA-regulated environment experience.\n* ISO 13485 knowledge.\n* PMP certification.\n* PMO or portfolio management experience.\n* Experience supporting Design Controls, Verification & Validation (V&V), product launches, or manufacturing transfers.\n\n*Ideal Backgrounds*\n\n* Engineering Program Manager\n* Technical Program Manager\n* Product Development Program Manager\n* NPI Program Manager\n* Medical Device Project Manager\n* Engineering Project Manager\n* R&D Program Manager\n* PMO Program Manager\n\n_Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled_\n\n_Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
