Customer Service Associate
Piper Companies is looking for a Customer Service Associate to support a rapidly growing organization within the financial services and insurance sector based in Durham, NC. The Customer Service Associate will assist with day‑to‑day client interactions, admin support, and enhance coordination to guarantee a smooth operational workflow for a rapidly expanding team. The Customer Service Associate is a Hybrid role requiring you to sit onsite Tuesday-Thursday from 9am EST – 6pm EST, M-F.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate include: Handle incoming client calls and deliver high‑quality customer support across various operational needs and diversified customer personality types. Maintain accurate records and perform detailed data entry to ensure internal systems remain up to date and accurate. Collaborate with fellow team members to resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed. Support cross‑functional administrative duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.Requirements for the Customer Service Associate include: Bachelor’s degree is required. Exceptionally strong communicative, social, and computing skills. Comfortable completing a customer service simulation test as part of the initial interview stage.
