Responsibilities Include:Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and heat pumpsReplace existing HVAC equipment and componentsRead and follow installation specifications and job layoutsTest completed systems to ensure proper operation and performanceEnsure all work meets local code and safety standardsWork with ductwork, piping, airflow systems, oil, and geothermal equipmentMaintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanlinessSupport lead installers and collaborate with installation teamsDeliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit Work EnvironmentField service environmentExposure to weather conditions, dust, debris, and jobsite environmentsAbility to safely lift and move HVAC equipmentLocal travel required Why ACE Hardware Home Services? Requirements Required Qualifications3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferredExperience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow systemsValid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong work ethic and attention to detailTeam-oriented mindsetDependable and consistent attendanceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsEPA Universal CertificationExperience with residential HVAC brands and systemsStrong understanding of HVAC installation best practices Salary Description $18-$35/hour based on experience
