Praise & Worship Leader

## Job Summary We are seeking a talented Worship Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead Praise and Worship every Sunday morning at 10:30am and special services. ## Responsibilities - Lead and direct musical performances during worship services on Sunday at 1030am and special events. - Select appropriate music for each service - Rehearse with musicians, vocalists, and choir members on Saturdays - Mentor and develop musicians and vocalists - Collaborate with the pastor to plan worship services - Create a worshipful atmosphere through music - Communicate effectively with team members and Senior Pastor - Educate and engage the congregation in worship ## Skills - Strong leadership abilities to guide the music ministry effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and congregation - Proficient in selecting appropriate music for worship services ##Videos -Please provide one to two video clips of you leading praise and worship Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute: Orlando, FL 32810 (Required) Work Location: In person
