AI Ethics and Governance Director

A company is looking for a Director, AI Ethics and Governance. Key Responsibilities Executes and manages the AI governance framework to ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards Monitors AI systems for compliance, conducts risk assessments, and reports findings to senior leadership Develops AI training programs and promotes AI literacy across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Healthcare Management, or related field; or equivalent experience 7+ years of leadership experience in a related field Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical principles Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant regulations Experience in developing and implementing AI compliance programs is preferred
