This role involves treating a diverse patient population while maintaining high productivity and delivering quality care. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic settingDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansManage a daily caseload of approximately 12-14 patientsMaintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per weekMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyEducate patients on exercises, recovery plans, and injury preventionMaintain accurate and timely documentationCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomesRequired Qualifications:Active Physical Therapist (PT) licenseStrong clinical and patient care skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseloadPreferred Qualifications:Outpatient orthopedic experience preferredOpen to new graduatesOpen to first-time travelersFor more details reach at dparmar@navitashealth.com
