Construction Accounting Specialist

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hourJob description: Podijil BuilderConstruction Accounting Specialist Construction accounting professional with progressive experience supporting all accountingfunctions for a general contractor, including AP, job costing, and project reconciliations. Hands-on experience processing vendor invoices, AIA pay applications, purchase orders, andissuing payments to vendors. Skilled in construction-specific AIA billing, change orders, and lien compliance tracking, 1099preparation, certified payroll reporting a benefit but not required. With strong knowledge of subcontractor insurance compliance and documentation.
