We are looking for a hands-on leader who can manage 15+ electricians, maintain strict safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and under budget.Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a crew of 15+ electricians; participate in fieldwork and use tools when necessary.Project Oversight: Manage the construction plan, including logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor activities.Operational Excellence: Monitor job costing, forecasting, productivity, and quality reporting.Administration: Oversee field paperwork, including timesheets, quantity reports, and job diaries.Safety First: Lead all safety and environmental programs to ensure a zero-incident culture.QualificationsExperience: Proven track record of delivering safe, large-scale electrical projects on time and within budget.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Building Codes; Journeyman Trade Certification required.Certifications: OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid (Preferred).Ready to lead our next major project?
