This role involves assembling precision components, reading blueprints, following work instructions, and preforming assembly operations.\nPay & Schedule\n· 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am – 3:30pm; Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm\n· Full-time\n· Paid weekly\n· Overtime available\n· Competitive pay based on experience\nWhat You'll Do\n· Assemble basic and complex mechanical components using setup sheets and work instructions\n· Install bushings, pins, plugs, helicoils, inserts, and rivets\n· Perform part marking using vibro pencil, electro-etch, and dot peen equipment\n· Perform pressure testing and complete required documentation per blueprint requirements\n· Perform adhesive bonding, roll staking, straightening, and other assembly-related operations\n· Read and interpret manufacturing planning, blueprints, sketches, and work instructions\n· Enter proper documentation into the manufacturing ERP system\n· Help maintain required assembly supplies and materials\n· Maintain a clean and safe work environment\nWhat We're Looking For\n· 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience or equivalent shop training\n· Ability to read and understand manufacturing planning, blueprints, and sketches\n· Basic knowledge of GD&T\n· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail\n· Familiarity with precision measuring instruments\n· Ability to follow written setup sheets and work instructions\n· Ability to work independently with limited oversight\n· Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 40 lbs. occasionally\nPreferred:\n· Aerospace manufacturing experience\nBenefits\n· Medical, dental, and vision insurance\n· Health Savings Account (HSA)\n· Paid Time Off (PTO)\n· Paid Holidays\n· 401(k) with company match\nAbout Us\nR&D Manco is a precision manufacturer serving the aerospace and defense industries.
