This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.\nMust have knowledge of basic math and computer skills.\nMust have knowledge of the English language, including the meaning of words and grammar.\nMust have knowledge of management principles involved in resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.\nABILITIES\nAbility to work at a fast pace.\nAbility to partake in various forms of training.\nAbility to pass required tests.\nAbility to read and understand rules and instructions.\nAbility to reach, see, talk, hear, stand, and walk quickly for a minimum of 8 hours a day.\nRequires walking or standing to a significant degree. Must be able to stand at a table height of 34 – 45 for 6 hours at a time.\nAbility to lift and carry 50 pounds at various times.\nAbility to read maps or find a specified route using other mapping resources.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nAssigns duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements.\nConducts on-the-job training for personnel in food preparation, service, sanitation, and safety procedures.\nInspects supplies, equipment, and work areas in order to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.\nCollects payment from customers and calculates monetary exchange.\nInvestigates customer complaints.\nResolves customer or public complaints.\nDirects, prepares and coordinates food or beverage preparation.\nProvides and portrays proper and professional customer service.\nResolves or assists workers to resolve work problems.\nSupervises and checks the assembly of food products.\nAnswers customer questions and concerns regarding Company products and services.\nCompiles and balances cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.\nListens to oral instructions from the Unit Manager to determine work assignment.\nPerforms all opening or closing procedures and responsibilities directed by the General and Assistant Managers.\nPerforms all administrative duties, which includes completing prep and dough proofing sheets.\nPerforms all store banking procedures, which includes opening and closing audits, cash register procedures, and bank deposits.\nDemonstrates professionalism, proper customer service, proper food preparation techniques, and proper sales techniques.\nArrives promptly to work each scheduled day in proper uniform.\nEnsures all safety policies and procedures are being followed.\nDisciplines Crew Members and Drivers after any violation of company policy or procedure.\nReceives, rotates, stocks and stores supplies.\nADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms all Crew Member essential functions when needed.\nLearns and performs other positions as needed.\nUses professional and proper oral and written communication techniques.\nUses knowledge of food handling rules.\nUnderstands and applies Company, along with government, food service regulations and Minor Labor Law guidelines.\nMay NOT leave the store, at any time, in the hands of a Crew Member or a Driver.
