You'll work directly with customers to deploy Adapt, build custom integrations, solve complex technical problems, and turn feedback into product improvements.This role is part engineer, part solutions architect, part customer whisperer. You'll ship code that matters, unblock customers in real-time, and shape the product roadmap based on what you learn in the field.What You'll DoDeploy and integrate Adapt into customer environments, connecting their tools, data sources, and workflowsBuild custom solutions including integrations, automations, and extensions tailored to customer needsDebug and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems, APIs, and AI infrastructurePartner with customers to understand their business, identify high-impact use cases, and drive adoptionFeed insights back to the product and engineering teams, influencing roadmap and prioritiesCreate technical content such as implementation guides, runbooks, and best practices documentationOwn outcomes, not just tasks. Customer success is your success.What We're Looking For3+ years of software engineering experience shipping production systemsStrong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and working with APIsComfort with ambiguity and the ability to context-switch between deep technical work and customer conversationsClear communicator who can explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholdersBias for action. You ship, iterate, and learn. You don't wait for permission.Customer obsession.
