Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team that has 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients in a professional spa environment. You will receive hourly pay plus commissions plus tips! We also would like to train you on other machines as well which are super easy to learn and more commission for you! Responsibilities - Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing - Conduct body treatments such as wraps and scrubs - Provide hair removal services like waxing and threading - Offer massage services including deep tissue massage - Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for scheduling and client management - Manage front desk duties when needed - Promote services on social media platforms - Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications - Proven experience as an Esthetician in a salon, spa, or med spa setting 3+ yrs - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service - Knowledge of social media management for promoting services is a plus -Open to learning new services Join our team of professionals dedicated to providing top-notch skincare services in a welcoming environment.
