The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, performing general bookkeeping tasks, supporting tax preparation, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits and compliance work. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional setting. Qualifications Accounting and financial reporting skills, including preparing financial statements and reconciliationsProficiency in bookkeeping and general ledger managementExperience in tax preparation and knowledge of tax regulationsAnalytical skills and attention to detail for accuracy in audits and compliance tasksProficiency with accounting software and strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plusStrong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
