You’ll join a fun, collaborative, and mission‑minded environment where your work helps create real opportunities for people facing barriers to employment.\n\nThis is a team‑based role with a hybrid remote/onsite schedule, recruiting for a wide variety of short‑term, long‑term, and temp‑to‑hire positions while building strong talent pipelines for future opportunities.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nSalary: $53,000–$55,000 (DOE) plus bonus and commission potential\nBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and more\nSome of what you’ll be doing:\n\nCreate and post job ads, through collaboration with hiring managers, to appropriate job boards, social media, workforce partners, etc.\nSource candidates via various methods such as internal ATS, internet database searches, job fairs, networking, referrals, social media, etc. to ensure a consistent flow of qualified applicants\nEvaluate and prescreen candidates through review of online applications as well as phone, virtual, and/or in-person interviews\nDocument and track candidates accurately and timely in the applicant tracking system\nField and resolve general employee and customer inquiries\nAssist employees with the completion of electronic timesheets as needed\nIndependent travel to host/attend job fairs and check-in with customers\nSome key attributes:\n\nAt least 2 years prior Recruiting experience\nExperience recruiting with a Temporary Staffing Agency preferred\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and accountability\nHigh likeability, friendliness, and humility\nEnergy, hustle, and accountability\nOrganization and ability to problem solve; likes a challenge\nAptitude and appetite for growth and responsibility\nAn instinct for collaboration and partnership\nA focused desire to get tasks completed\nTechnologically adept, Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)\nInterested We’d love to hear from you — apply today!\n\nAbout The DPI Group\n\nThe DPI Group is a non-profit entrepreneurial organization providing business solutions with a social impact.
