This hands-on position involves working with materials, tools, and equipment to help manufacture high-quality laminate countertops while meeting production and quality standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Follow established manufacturing procedures (may include sanding, assembly, and material handling)Complete work orders accurately and on timeInspect materials and finished products for quality issuesOperate hand and power tools as neededFollow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environmentWork as part of a team to meet production goalsPerform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For:Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethicWillingness to learn and follow instructionsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionBasic math skills (including fractions and decimals)Ability to read a tape measureStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to meet production expectations in a fast-paced environmentMonday-Friday: 6:30am-4:30pm
