This position will work closely with internal teams, contract leadership, and government stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Tracking & Analysis\nMonitor project schedules, deadlines, and milestones.\nSupport the tracking of program performance and deliverables.\nAssist in identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.\nUtilize and assist in development of Microsoft Project and Jira Boards for task management and project tracking tools.\nFinancial & Budget Support\nTrack financial data related to program execution.\nAssist in budget forecasting and expenditure tracking.\nEnsure financial reporting aligns with contract requirements.\nData & Reporting\nOrganize and analyze program data for leadership presentations.\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.\nMaintain program documentation and compliance records.\nStakeholder Coordination & Process Improvement\nAssist in streamlining project workflows and operational processes.\nCoordinate meeting materials and ensure timely delivery of presentations.\nWork with TARIF stakeholders to maintain alignment with program objectives.\nProfessional Development Goals (Required Within 18 Months):\nDAU ACQ 1010 – Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management\nDAU PMT 0140 – Team Management and Leadership\nDAU PMT 2570V – Program Management Tools Course\nLinkedIn Learning: Excel Statistics Essential Training\nLinkedIn Learning: Power BI Essential Training\nDAU CON 1210 – Contracting Fundamentals\nDoD Program Risk Management Training\nNavy Acquisition Fundamentals\n\nRequirements\n\nRequired:\nExperience in program or project management, budgeting, financial tracking, or contract administration.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.\nFamiliarity with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), data reporting, and stakeholder coordination is beneficial but can be developed on the job.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).\nDesired:\nFamiliarity with DoD project management, acquisition processes, contracting, logistics, and financial management.\nExperience with Microsoft Project and Jira Boards for tracking and managing tasks.\nExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.\nExposure to government contracting principles and program execution processes.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive Secret clearance required.
