Together, you will lead the onsite operations and the onsite team to success every day.\n\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities:\n\nPass downs and communications\n\nCost control\n\nSite safety and RPC policy compliance\n\nPre-mobilization meeting\n\nJobsite coordination and schedule management\n\nTracking, monitoring and reconciling\n\nAsset Management and Fleet Maintenance\n\nAsset forecasting\n\nContinued education and training\n\nPayroll\n\nWorkforce Management\n\nQuality Assurance\n\nChange Management\n\nDaily Responsibilities:\n\nAssist in leading crews, equipment, and operations as fit to the completion of the scope of work for the project.\n\nMaintain equipment and provide repairs as needed.\n\nFacilitate crew movements, trainings, and reporting as required per job.\n\nPerform tasks as assigned by the designated authority on projects.\n\nMonitor installation of fireproofing products and ensure they are done to meet Codes, UL Listings, and Manufacturers Guidelines.\n\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.\n\nFollow company safety guidelines and hold projects to the utmost levels of safe work practices.\n\nAssist in accurate reporting of hours, paperwork, equipment & material usage.\n\nCommunicate with General Contractors and Clients professionally and responsibly.\n\nSequence projects to meet the guidelines of our estimated outlines.\n\nDemonstrate & lead with Rolling Plains Construction Core Values.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications:\n\nMinimum 5 Years Superintendent or Equivalent level experience with Commercial Construction projects.
