Project Manager - Location-Based Entertainment (LBE)

Your Mission Step into the spotlight and help bring world-class immersive experiences to life. As a Project Manager at Holovis, youll lead the delivery of cutting-edge location-based entertainment (LBE) projects across the globeon time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.What Youll Do Own the Project Lifecycle : Manage multi-million-dollar AV and software installations for theme parks and immersive venues from concept to completion. Lead Global Deployments : Travel internationally for extended periods to oversee on-site delivery and client engagement. Drive Collaboration : Liaise with clients, creatives, and technical teams at all levelstranslating vision into reality. Keep It on Track : Scope, schedule, budget, and resource your projects using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA. Manage the Matrix : Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, empathy, and accountability. What You Bring Proven experience managing complex LBE or themed entertainment projects end-to-end. Strong grasp of AV systems, interactive software, mobile apps, or game development. Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster are a big plus. Comfortable working across time zones and culturesinternational team experience is a bonus. Willingness and ability to travel globally for extended deployments.
