This dual role offers a unique opportunity to teach, guide, and support adults in their daily work activities while also ensuring they get to and from our facility safely. If you're compassionate, reliable, and ready to help others, you'll fit right in with our supportive, caring team.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs a Work Instructor, you will:\nSupport and supervise individuals as they complete meaningful work tasks.\nProvide guidance in areas like communication, social development, and cognitive skills.\nHelp consumers meet production goals, while maintaining high standards for quality.\nObserve and track progress on individual goals, providing feedback and support.\nFacilitate group and one-on-one learning sessions, helping individuals grow and succeed in their personal and professional goals.\nAs a Driver, you will:\nEnsure the safe and timely transportation of consumers to and from the facility.\nMaintain a clean and comfortable vehicle for the safety and comfort of all passengers.\nKeep track of vehicle maintenance and daily transportation logs.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nYou're 21 years or older.\nYou have a valid Arkansas Driver's License.\nYou can pass a background check and drug test.\nYou have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
