Work is generally of time-critical and confidential nature, requiring the candidate to be responsive and able to track and respond to status requests in a timely fashion. Part-time, approx. 20 hours weekly. Candidates able to offer additional skills, such as project scheduling, health and safety coordination, computer-aided drafting and design, could be considered for a full-time (40 hours) role. Weekdays Monday - Friday, hours somewhat flexible between 8 AM and 5 PM ADT. Hybrid or remote work possible.\n\nJob Duties:\nDevelop and maintain material requisitions and associated documents.\nSubmit, track, maintain, and distribute documents and deliverables, such as RFI’s, DCVRs, submittals, etc.\nEnsure team members complete development and review actions in timely manner.\nCommunicate timeline expectations to all team members.\nCompile and track review comment from multiple team members.\nEnsure conformance to Client document control policies and procedures.\nEnsure conformance to Company quality control procedures.\nTrack and record vendor submittals for the client.\nCommunicate upcoming deadlines to vendors and possible delays to the client.\n\nRequirements:\nTwo or more years of experience performing document controls (preferably in a construction or engineering environment).\nIn-depth recordkeeping experience and expertise managing a comprehensive filing system within a Windows network environment.\nStrong, sustainable attention to detail and accuracy.\nDemonstrated self-starter able to work independently and with minimal supervision.\nExcellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.\nProven track record of reliably meeting productivity goals and deadlines.\nHigh level of multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work occasional overtime as needed. Experience in architectural, engineering, or construction industry is preferred.\nProficiency in the following programs: Microsoft Office Suite (including intermediate Word and Excel) Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam.\nPreferred experience using FusionLive or other document control software, and Primavera P6/Microsoft Project.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without need for employer sponsorship.\n\nPND Engineers, Inc. is one of the country’s premier civil/structural consulting engineering firms.
