They are responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere for Guests, while also adhering to responsible alcohol service standards. A key aspect is fostering a positive and productive work environment through coaching, training, and performance management. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
