We offer a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be trained and empowered to perform Electrical/Control Systems Engineering services to our global customer base.\nYour Impact\nWe are searching for a highly skilled individual who can work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning. The goal is to design and fabricate electro-mechanical components of innovation and excellence for the semiconductor industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for design, specification and services to electrical, instrumentation and control systems of semiconductor equipment.\nGenerate specifications and related project design documents, instrument lists, I/O lists; specify hardware, design the installation of PLC's, Industrial Process Controllers, and related peripherals.\nProgramming knowledge in C, IEC 61131-3 (ST) or C# required\nPLC systems supporting high level language programming - B&R Automation Studio Programming Experience preferred\nBasic Electrical knowledge required (Sensor wiring, Servo Motor Tuning,…)\nAble to read electrical prints required\nSEMI knowledge preferred (SECS/GEM Communication)\nAble to program or design motor controller kits and drives using PacSi software and others. Also, diagnoses obsolete and specify replacements for control system components such as motors, drivers, controllers.\nExecute instrument & control system life cycle management programs which include control system inventory, obsolescence plans, managing spare parts, and\nupgrade/replacement planning.\nReviewing and checking vendor drawings and other discipline drawings for electrical /instrumentation input.\nAssists in manufacturing support and troubleshoot issues during testing and commissioning.\nParticipate in product design reviews.\nSupport continuous improvement of system based on stakeholder input.\nHandle all project management tasks associated with electrical/control system engineering projects.\nRequirements:\nSkills/Qualifications:\nKey Requirement to have CAD Software & PLC (e.g. B&R preferred) EXPERIENCE\nElectronic Systems, Electronics Troubleshooting, Electronic Testing Design, Project Management, Quality Focus, Database Design, Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results, Attention to Detail, Emphasizing Excellence, Innovation.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree required.
